An Ode to Bill Rosenfeld

Husband, Father, Jeweler, Rotarian, City Councilman, Friend

  • Never did I ever see,
  • A man whose heart was as big as he.
  • That is until I met Dear Bill.
  • And his heart was even bigger still!
  • He loved his wife and family,
  • The city of Tucker and Rotary,
  • The great Smoke Rise community
  • Friends and neighbors, yes, he loved thee.
  • Barbecue judging, his luxury car,
  • And his jewelry business, he loved by far.
  • He taught so many the jewelry trade.
  • With integrity, each transaction was made.
  • His smile and laugh we’ll surely miss,
  • His warm embrace as your cheek he’d kiss,
  • His generosity and kindness, we’ll miss those, too,
  • His service above self, matched by so few.
  • The life of the party, a Southern Gent,
  • A real cool dude everywhere he went.
  • Bill was so giving to those in need.
  • Blessed to know him, I was indeed!
