The world is beginning to re-open like the flowers in Spring, and companies are assessing their hiring needs and posting job openings. My job search criteria from last year has changed, and my priorities have shifted. Time spent waiting has given the gift of refining and clarifying. I am grateful (most days) for my COVID-19 stretch along my path. To my ears, the buzz of activity sounds hopeful, and I feel ready to put my lessons learned to good use and seize the day!
